TLDR: Change Texture settings from ULTRA or HIGH under the DISPLAY menu (When NOT in game) to MEDIUM. What I don't understand is why? I have a 6 GB TItan, so I have enough VRAM (Only 3 needed for Ultra textures), so is there a bug with the ingame textures that is causing this? I next tried HIGH, which still had very tiny micro lag, but no where near as bad as when I had it in Ultra. When I set the texture setting there to medium all my spikes/lag went totally away! I tried one setting that is in a different area than most graphic settings, under Display you can change the texture resolution, ONLY when not in game, you have to exit to main menu to alter this setting. I went through every possible configuration, even changing the XML config files, putting everything on lowest. As I reported earlier I have had extreme lag spikes when driving (mostly) and I have a high end PC system (Titan GFX, 32 Megs Ram, etc)
